You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order delivery date (for orders purchased between the dates 11/28/2025 - 12/31/2025 the return window is 60 days)

Grailsense Pillows does not cover the return shipping cost for refunds to original payment method.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached if applicable.

Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

International Returns:

We don't provide free shipping for international returns or exchanges. Customer must provide their own shipping label and tracking information to our customer service team.

Did you receive an incorrect item in your order? Please contact us and include the following information:

Photo of the incorrect item and packing list Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.

Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
