Start a Return or Exchange?
You
can initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order
delivery date (for orders purchased between the dates 11/28/2205 -
12/31/2025 the return window is 60 days)
Grailsense Pillows does not cover the return shipping cost for refunds to original payment method.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached if applicable.

What is the status of my Return
If you have already went through our online process to return, exchange or get store credit, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return is processed someone from out team will email you to confirm.
Where's my Package
We've got a team of great humans pick, packing, and shipping out each order by hand.
Our Goal is to have your tracking number emailed / updated within 1-3 business days (priority shipping will ship before ).
Tracking number says my package was delivered?
It happens sometimes, if your tracking information shows “delivered” to
your address but you never received your package, we ask for you file a
“lost” package claim with USPS or UPS:
